Terms of Service (Public Offer)

Effective date: October 8, 2026

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Service (AI-DOS) — a software and hardware complex available via the Internet, designed for generating images and graphical content using artificial intelligence and neural network technologies.

1.2. User — any capable individual who has completed the authorization procedure on the Service website and uses its functionality.

1.3. Subscription Plan — a volume of generations (attempts) provided to the User for a specific period for a fee in accordance with current pricing.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Administration grants the User a non-exclusive right to use the Service to create graphic images based on text prompts.

2.2. This Agreement is a public offer. Starting to use the Service or completing authorization constitutes unconditional acceptance of all terms of this document.

3. Terms of Use and Limits

3.1. Each new authorized user receives a free trial limit of 10 (ten) generations.

3.2. Upon exhausting the free limit, the User may purchase one of the premium packages ("Basic", "Plus", "Pro", "Ultimate") to continue work.

3.3. The User agrees not to use the Service to generate illegal, offensive, pornographic content (18+), content inciting violence or extremism, or content violating third-party copyright.

4. Financial Terms and Payment Procedures

4.1. Package prices are set in US Dollars (USD) and indicated in the Service interface.

4.2. Payment is made on 100% prepayment terms for the selected package.

4.3. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the Service consisting of immediate provision of neural network computing resources and digital content generation, Administration obligations are considered fulfilled at the moment generation limits are credited to the User's account balance. Refunds for purchased packages are not provided and will not be issued under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All rights to software, design, logos, and the AI-DOS brand belong to the Service Administration.

5.2. Images generated by the User belong to the User within applicable AI legislation. The Administration claims no copyright over created graphic works.

6. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee that generation results will fully meet the User's subjective expectations.

6.2. The Administration is not responsible for third-party API failures or any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the website.
